I have served and grown many high-performing people and teams, while creating and leading successful innovations and purpose-driven campaigns.

I am now taking my relational style of leadership to coach more people and businesses to build sustainable growth. Having witnessed the failing of old corporate systems and structures, my work is part of the new fabric of leadership that weaves humanity, soul and performance to achieve great results.

I am aware that today, people are less likely to sell their soul for their work. I respect individuality, value empathy, co-creation, building collective resilience and wellbeing while harmonising with earth and nature to grow.
